Question: Drug sensitivity hemolytic anemia (i.e., primaquine, choloroquine, sulfonamides, nitrofurantoins)

Answer: Glucose-6-phosphate dehydrogenase (G6PD) deficiency -- X-linked; common in African and Mediterranean populations
